If you go to Twin Peaks and Blair and Bianca are behind the bar, consider yourself lucky.
I stop in after work pretty regularly just to grab some to-go food, and honestly the only reason I keep coming back is because of them. Blair and Bianca are hands down two of the best bartenders I’ve ever come across anywhere. They’re always welcoming, funny, and somehow manage to make everyone feel like a regular even if it’s your first time walking in.
Even when they’re slammed, they still take the time to make sure everything is perfect and that everyone at the bar is taken care of. That kind of service is rare. The energy they bring completely changes the atmosphere of the place.
To be completely honest, if Blair and Bianca weren’t working there, I probably wouldn’t come in nearly as much. They’re that good. Twin Peaks is lucky to have them.
