Would like to give a big shout out to my front girl Tina for always making sure I'm good. She might not be everyone's cup of tea but she keeps it 💯 and that's what I love most about her. I'm a difficult person to warm up to but she took the time to learn how to approach me which just shows she cares enough about each of us enough to learn what works best for one client doesn't always work for the next. She sees us each as individuals and doesn't just lump us all together which I really thank her for!

I was a broken person when I came to Desert Recovery. It wasn’t until I died and was reborn to realize my how depression and substance abuse affected my life in every aspect. The Doctors, clinicians and staff thought me how to be better to myself and I could be better to others. The group setting, breath work, individual counseling, chiropractic treatments, massage therapy and sound wave therapy were fantastic. Exercise and Boxing Day was fabulous as well. I made lifelong friendships with others as well. If you or a loved one is suffering from addiction or mental health this is the place to come. I still have more to do but the tools I learned will help me from now on. Recovery is a journey not something to be afraid of. Very life changing.
