Today I’m giving Concentra Urgent Care on Connecticut Street in San Francisco, a five star review. I had the best experience due to a staff member named Wencey. From my arrival at 8:57am through the time I left, the staff at this location was wonderful. I hadn’t wait more than 30 minutes before Wencey called my name and took me to the testing area. Unfortunately, I had a small, but time consuming complication that made my visit longer than expected. During that time when Wencey made sure that I was comfortable.
I really appreciate staff members like her who care about their patients well-being.
