We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, Amara made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect for getting around easily. FYR had some great cocktails as well and I would come here just for a meal even if I don't stay at the hotel.

First time to Columbus and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in the Arena district and that it is attached to the convention center makes it perfect for events (we were just on vacation). Parking is either valet, or you can park in the secure parking structure across the street and use the skywalk to access the hotel, although it is quite a walk! We were able to walk around easily, and getting to the Short North Arts district, German Village, etc... were a breeze. The staff were top notch in their friendly service and helpfulness throughout our stay. Nice room they upgraded us to as it was our anniversary. THANK YOU! The room itself was large, clean and very comfortable bed.

Awesome place! You must enjoy History and the beauty of many years gone by to truly appreciate this hotel. Taking that into account it was amazing. During the stay we had one wedding for four hundred guests and a 60th wedding anniversary at the same time. The hotel boasts an incredible list of former guests.
