I was in need of a hotel in erie in a rather fast track on 2/19 and i stopped in at the Sheraton Bayfront. Kevin Crockett was at the front desk and found an excellent room for me. Mr Crockett was extremely helpful, very professional and really took an interest in my plight. Throughout my stay he inquired how I was doing. My experience with Mr Crockett was exceptional and I will be returning to the sheraton because of him. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Joan
