If we could leave a 10 star review we would. Shannon helped us get both my Wife and I's Permanent Residency Card. This process was very exciting, but extremely nerve racking for us. With the current state of the country we didn't know what exact to expect. Shannon was our light in a dark place. She guided us through out this entire journey. Her communication was beyond amazing.
