Harris Federal Law Firm, Be aware that the Social Security Administration has outlined a list of disabilities that prevent “substantial gainful activity” and can automatically qualify for SSDI. While this is great for those in desperate need for these benefits, strong medical evidence and documentation is still required. You cannot do work and engage in substantial gainful activity (SGA) because of your medical condition. You also cannot do work you did previously. SSDI requires that you must have medical documentation showing you will be totally disabled for next 12 months.

Customer Review
Harris, thus far, has been exceptional. I questioned whether I needed legal support and erred on the side of caution. However, after seeing what they have put together on my behalf, I am beyond grateful for the support provided. They have absolutely done a better job than I would have been able to do on my own. Their communication is good. My case manager usually takes a day to respond, but she/Harris information is clear on that up front. I have supporting documentation of my own that I provided and, so far, it has been a very smooth process. I would definitely recommend Harris and my case manager, Olivia Edgar.

Customer Review
I contacted Frank Jenkins office after moving here a couple years ago. Once my paperwork was completed, Sylvia kept in contact with me. 9 times out of 10, I’d email her with questions and it seemed like I had just hit send and she was already responding. Everyone in the office was very helpful at all times. Frank was the nicest down to earth guy. Not your typical attorney. I’d recommend their firm to anyone!!! They did a great job and got my social security approved.

Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer were great to work with. They handled everything so smoothly. Also kept me constantly updated, and educated me on the process. They were extremely professional, diligent, and truly compassionate. They made sure to answer all my questions, and were very clear with responses .They treated me like a person, not just a case number. I would definitely recommend.
