This is some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Expect to wait during busy times of the day. We went just around lunchtime and there was a line that wrapped around the building to get in! Worth the wait and I will definitely be back when I am in the Houston area. Brisket, sausage, pork rib, potato salad, elote... everything was amazing!

Finally made it to Pinkerton’s BBQ in Houston and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The brisket was incredibly tender with great flavor and bark. The jalapeño sausage was easily top 5 sausage we’ve ever had — perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. The turkey was surprisingly moist and definitely worth ordering too. And whatever you do, don’t skip the bacon mac and cheese.

The place here was so good. My boyfriend suggested this place and Rays did not let us down. My mother had an amazing time celebrating for her birthday and LOVED the food. 5 stars for me. Also the server was on point and made sure we were well served thanks. We will be back. 😉
Only suggestion sugar free barbecue sauce would be great for those who do not or can not eat sugar.
